In March, Danny continued his playdates with Riley.
Danny finally got his snow feet while playing in our driveway. During his first time playing outside in the snow a neighbor took a wrong turn into the driveway, but it was his "engine" that made that decision.
One weekend we went to Copper Center and we got out of our vehicle (Alaskan speak for car, truck, etc.) to wait for the dog race to go by - we saw two teams pass by.
Sometimes we need to rest.
The Copper River is still frozen and covered with snow. A little over a mile from our house at the Milepost 1 Tok Cutoff Road is a nice overlook where you can see Mount Sanford and Mount Drum.
We took a trip into Anchorage for some doctor appointments and shopping just in time for Purim. Danny was a clown thanks to his auntie, uncle, and cousins in Israel sending him a costume. At the Temple Beth Sholom's Purim Carnival we arrived in time to see the play and singing children. After that Danny joined in for the parade of costumes. We all enjoyed the festivites.
Meanwhile, back in Israel, Danny's older twin cousins dressed up too. Lulu wore a different costume everyday during the week. Yoyo wore his Power Ranger costume that his Auntie Leslie brought over at Halloween time almost every day, except when he dressed as a king.
