The first two pictures are from our stay in Anchorage on the second half of our 1st anniversary celebration: Danny trying to feed himself (Jan 1st, 40 kB) and hanging out with Mama in the Mall - not even 3 months old and he is sitting on his own (Mama's hand is there just in case he tips over)! Danny is turning out to be a great smiler: he smiles at us, at anyone who cares to smile at him, and even at his image on the mirror! Unfortunately, he is still a little camera shy. But he lowers his guard once in a while:
* a big smile (Jan 17, 25 kB) while trying to crawl;
* a half-smile (Jan 17, 34 kB) in Dada's hands;
* and practicing for his Purim appearance as Mickey Mouse! (Jan 21, 33 kB)

We have been bathing Danny in the bathroom sink, but at 3 1/2 months old he is obviously getting too big for that!

Helio's 39th birthday was very low key (he had to work until 5 AM the night before!), but there was time to blow candles with a few friends (Feb 5, 42 kB): from left to right, Ruby, Emily, Helio, Daniel, Willow, Suzanne, and Dillon. Later that evening, Mama and Danny show off his brand-new little stroller (Feb 5, 44 kB). Finally, the three of us went to dinner at Heather's who cooked a very yummy leg of lamb (sorry, no pictures).
