Pictures taken up to Feb.10:
Gaby:
Always a smiley gal, except when exhausted at a party.
Standing with support from Dada (she says "mama" and "dada" now).
Gaby scoots around quite a bit now.
Gaby takes a photo with dad and then a picture or two with mom.
Gaby works out: Pushup and stretch.
Gaby holds herself up with the couch: Arms length and right up against the couch .
Danny
Danny had a good time finger painting: in action and pausing to contemplate his work.
Danny loves order and here he is starting an alphabet puzzle (he knows them really well - he can type them on the computer in order!). Now, Danny is working on counting to 10.
Although Danny is doing exceptionally with his letters and numbers, he has few words (and a hard time) to communicate. So, sometimes Danny gets frustrated and then he usually goes to mommy for comfort.
Hélio (& Zizí)
Helio enjoys spending horizontal time with the kids after a long day at work.
Helio went over the 40-year mark last year and now is starting over again - so here he is celebrating his 1st birthday.
Helio burns our paper trash in our front yard (well, technically our back yard). On the other side of the trees and to the left is the Tok Cutoff Road - Highway to Tok, Alaska and beyond to Canada and the Lower 48. Did you notice the snowmachine ("outside" people call them snowmobiles)?
Helio shares his toys. Here he is giving pointers to Zizi on how to use his snowmachine. Here is Zizi pulling into our driveway. You can see the Gakona post office: it is the beige building in the background.
