The enhanced, searchable babel-list archives are maintained by Wilson Smith on www.panix.com. They're much better than the raw, unformatted archives which are available directly from here (www.postmodern.com). However, if you insist on downloading a whole bunch of raw text files to count the number of 'J's or something, you can access the raw files as well.
